To survive in this world, people need money. However people wish to make money is up to them. Some invest their money in the stock market and make more. Some people work traditional nine-to-fives. Some people seek out to make sales online. There are many WAYS TO MAKE MONEY. A person should choose something that they love to do. It is important that a person do what they love to live easily and be stress-free; however, this is what a person will be doing the majority of the time so it’s important that a person can do it for many hours without getting burned-out.
People need balance in their lives. People can’t have too much work, and people can’t have too much play. Since the beginning of time, people have had more work than play. The body and the mind is designed in such a way that it is able to work hard. However, some people take this too far and never take a break. Both the mind and the body need a break. For instance, Robert Rosenkranz works hard and is well-established; however, he takes the time to create exquisite photographs from his many trips around the world.
People need rest. The body experiences multiple phases of sleep. Each phase does something in particular. There is one in which the body repairs itself. There is one for deep sleep. There is one for dreaming. All of these phases serve a purpose. Out of 24 hours in the day, people need about 8 hours of rest. It’s interesting that about two-thirds of the day is reserved for work and attending to other things, and one-third of the day is reserved to rest the body. This supports the model that the body should work and attend to other things for most of the day; however, the body is still required to rest because it needs it.
People need a mental break. The brain is not able to keep going nonstop. The brain stores away files in the way a computer does. Everything the brain processes gets stored away in the brain. If a person doesn’t take a break, their brain crashes in much the same way a computer would. The brain will stop thinking. It will not run as efficiently, and thoughts will get jumbled up. This is why taking frequent breaks while at work is a good idea. The brain sorts out what it needs to while sleeping as well. It files away important things learned from the day and discards what it doesn’t need. It all gets stored, but some information is kept in the forefront to be retrieved quickly.
People do need to work hard. In fact, the model of working five days out of the week between eight and ten hours a day is wise. It’s important that people use their time wisely for the remainder of the week. Balance helps to create a happy life.
